The OMGM Group is driven by a motor of over 70 machine tools (CNC and traditional) in constant technological updating whose aim is the realisation of medium and / or high complexity mechanical parts.
We manage heat, galvanic and surface treatments, both in the intermediate and finishing phases, collaborating with qualified external suppliers.
We have a quantity and variety of measuring instruments and machines used by suitably trained operators in all critical stages of the process. We carry out approval operations, hardness tests, size, roughness, liquid penetrating tests and more.
Upon customer request we are able to provide control reports, material certificates, treatments and ultrasound tests.
Our operators have decades of experience in mechanical assembly and in the wiring of machines and prototypes for various sectors.
Specific areas are dedicated to assembly, which is done by bridge cranes that lift up to 10 T.
Upon customer request we are able to perform functional tests on assembled and wired machines, we have equipment such as control units and simulators dedicated to such a purpose.
We offer assistance and maintenance of the machines supplied on the national territory.
